Why this product
It started from a simple observation: when you spend your days in front of a screen, you feel it by evening across your forehead and eyes. The existing options did not convince us. An ice pack slides around, feels hard against the skin, covers only part of the face and blocks no light. Disposable compresses end up in the bin after a single use.
We were after something simple: a supple material that follows the shape of the face, a fabric that feels good from the first contact, and an object you keep for years rather than minutes.
What we are, and what we are not
ThéraMask™ is a comfort and relaxation accessory. It is not a medical device, and we do not present it as one. We make no promise to cure, treat or prevent anything.
If you suffer from persistent pain or a health condition, speak to a healthcare professional. A gel mask is no substitute for medical advice, and we would rather say so plainly than let you hope otherwise.
Where the product comes from
We work with a partner manufacturer in China, and our parcels ship from their warehouses. We do not hide this: it is what allows us to offer this mask at 34.90 CHF rather than three times that, with free shipping.
The trade-off is the wait. Expect 10 to 20 working days in most cases. If you need a product by tomorrow morning, ThéraMask is not the right choice, and we would rather tell you before you buy than after.
