Provided by you: first and last name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number, content of your messages. Payment data is processed directly by our payment provider and never passes through our servers.

Collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time spent, referring site.

Your data is shared only with the providers necessary to fulfil your order: Shopify (shop hosting and order processing), payment providers, DSers and our suppliers (preparation and dispatch), carriers, Track123 (parcel tracking) and Judge.me (customer reviews).

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

Transfers outside Switzerland and the EU

As our products are shipped from China, your name and delivery address are passed to our logistics partner and carrier located outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area. This transfer is necessary to fulfil your order and is limited to the data required for delivery. Other transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or on an adequacy decision.

Retention periods

Order data: 10 years (Swiss accounting obligation, art. 958f CO)
Customer account: until deletion, then 12 months
Customer service messages: 3 years
Newsletter: until unsubscription
Measurement cookies: 13 months maximum

Your rights

Under the Swiss FADP and the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
