The questions we're asked most

Where is my order? Track your parcel from our tracking page, using the number sent to you by email.
How long does it take? 1 to 2 working days to prepare, then 10 to 20 days in transit.
Is delivery charged? No, it's free to Switzerland and the European Union, with no minimum order.
How do I return something? You have 30 days from receipt. Write to us with your order number before sending anything back.
The product arrived damaged. Send us a photo: you keep the item and we refund or replace it at no cost.
